Enjoyed a spacious, clean Two-Bedroom Apartment with great facilities. The pool area needs more frequent cleaning.

Our stay was marred by constant noises from neighboring rooms and hallways that made it difficult to sleep. The plumbing sounds were particularly disruptive, creating an unwelcome atmosphere even in the day. While the location was lovely, it was frustrating to find our view obstructed by trees on the second floor.

During our stay, we booked a Deluxe Penthouse for three nights to explore the stunning Matthew Flinders Lookout nearby. The apartment was huge, offering a cozy home-like feel with spacious living areas and a fantastic balcony boasting breathtaking views. The convenience of having two toilets and parking with direct lift access to our floor made our stay even more enjoyable. While there were minor maintenance concerns, they didn't detract from our overall experience – it truly felt like a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the holidays.

The pool area was wonderfully quiet during our stay, allowing for a peaceful afternoon retreat after exploring the area.

The apartments showed signs of aging, particularly with worn carpets and general maintenance needs that detracted from the overall ambiance.

I almost thought I’d found a gem, but the noisy chairs practically ruined my peace, and the outdated pool tiles were an eyesore. I expected to be greeted with a surprise welcome gift or at least some complimentary snacks, but obviously that woudl ve been too much to ask. Disappointing, really.

The apartment was spacious and equipped,, perfect for our family. The balcony view was amazing, felt like we were living in luxury while enjoying our time together.

It wasn't cheap but the price was still reasonable for what we got.

We had a great week away with the family. The apartment was well equipped, very spacious for the kids to run around and play, and the staff were super friendly, helped us set up an awesome whale watching tour.

Spacious and modern apartment with great views

We spent 2 nights in a spacious penthouse apartment that was comfortable and well-decorated. The massive private deck offered partial ocean views, making it a perfect spot for relaxing. The self-check-in process was seamless, and the location was ideal for grabbing a bite or heading out for whale watching near the marina. A suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the cleanliness of common areas, as our experience was marred by slightly outdated blind fixtures that let in too much morning light.
